This is EJV955 the ex-Grimsby Dennis F17 TL with a 100' Metz ladder spending most of it's working life at the Peakes Lane fire station.. It was withdrawn from service in 1982 and retained by the Brigade. It was restored by members of the Humberside FB in the 1990's and later took pride of place as the centre piece of the Humbersdie FB museum at the new Headquarters. Unfortunately in 2005 it fell out of favour and was moved outside exposed to the elements. In the end it was disposed of at auction in October 2009. When new it was part of the County Borough of Grimsby Fire Brigade. Reproductions of the original crest are now being made.
